Returns & Exchange
At Desi Regalia, we take great pride in offering authentic handcrafted Chikankari ethnic wear. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns
- We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Customers must request a return by emailing us at support@desiregalia.com with their order number and reason for return.
- Once the return request is approved, we will provide further instructions on the return process.
- We offer a free pick-up facility for locations which are serviceable by our logistics partners. Our logistics partner will pick up the return package in 2-5 business days from the date the return is approved.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return it following the return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be reimbursed by us.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions are final sale and not eligible for return.
